Through their national final, Dansk Melodi Grand Prix (not to be confused with Norway’s Melodi Grand Prix), Denmark chose Saba with her song, “Sand.” Saba will be performing 7th in the second semi-final.

Yet another female power/pop ballad, this entry is classic, solid Eurovision. We know what to expect. Saba sang well in her national final performance and did some crazy lighting with every single possible light in the venue plus a cool light-up heart in her outfit.

This is another case where we will just have to wait and see which female power ballad makes the biggest splash when they perform in May. As it is, Saba’s “Sand” blends in with a number of other entries this year.
